Jaguars CB David Jones vs. Bills WRs Lee Evans and Roscoe Parrish. If the Jaguars put Rashean Mathis on Evans look for Parrish to have a big day. Reggie Wayne caught 15 passes against him, but he's staying in the starting lineup because Derek Cox is in coach Jack Del Rio's doghouse.
Jaguars RT Eben Britton vs. Bills DLE Marcus Stroud. Stroud is a former Jaguar who is likely to be fired up for the game. Britton is a second year player with potential, but still struggles at times and could have problems handling Stroud.

If S Sean Considine (hamstring) is unable to go, Gerald Alexander could take his place in the starting lineup. Alexander replaced him last week. OG Vince Manuwai would start if Justin Smiley (ankle) is sidelined. LB Russell Allen might start again in place of Justin Durant (ankle).
Bills SS Donte Whitner vs. Jaguars TE Marcedes Lewis. Opposing tight ends have 20 catches and three scores against the Bills this season. Lewis has a team-high three TDs.
Bills defensive coordinator George Edwards, whose defense has just four sacks, vs. Jaguars QB David Garrard, who has been sacked 10 times.
Bills RT Cornell Green vs. Jags DE Aaron Kampman, who has nine tackles and 1.5 sacks on the year.
Bills WR Lee Evans, who has just 10 catches on the season and no TDs, vs. Jaguars' 30th-ranked secondary. Evans is hurting for a big game.
Bills PK Rian Lindell vs. Jaguars PK Josh Scobee, the AFC Special Teams Player of the Week whose team-record 59-yard field goal beat the Colts 31-28 last week.
The Bills' reeling run defense would get a lift if DE Marcus Stroud (foot) and ILB Andra Davis (shoulder) can get themselves on the field Sunday against the Jaguars. Davis reportedly has a labrum injury that could be bothersome all season. Akin Ayodele replaced him last week against the Jets. Meanwhile, the Bills are hoping SS Bryan Scott can play with a knee issue that kept him out of practice. Scott plays a lot of nickel linebacker. Pass coverage is less of an issue this week facing David Garrard after a gauntlet of Aaron Rodgers, Tom Brady and Mark Sanchez.
